Solid-Liquid Equilibria of Ternary Systems UO2(NO3)2 + HNO3 + H2O and UF4 + HF + H2O at 298 K

چکیده

Abstract UO 2 (NO 3 ) and UF 4 are significant intermediates that connect different chemical unit operations (such as dissolution, evaporation, concentration, extraction etc.) in uranium industry. Commonly, there is a basic physicochemical question about phase equilibrium of ternary systems + HNO H O HF O, it crucial to understand the behavior thermodynamic properties them with continuous development In this study, solid-liquid equilibria at 298 K were studied by means isothermal dissolution method, solubilities densities liquid investigated experimentally for two systems, composition solid system determined Scherinemakers’ wet residue method X-ray diffraction was used determine K. Phase diagrams density-composition constructed Results show unique curve corresponding crystallization zone ·6H ·2.5H respectively.
